How many hours can the system be used on one charge?
Under normal circumstances, you can use the game for 2 full game days (1 day is 8 hours).
Can I buy extra spots or any spares for my system later?
It's, of course, possible! JB inflatables always has spares or extra spots available. In case you have damage, want to extend the number of functioning spots or just want to have spares for reserve, you can always contact our sales team and make an order.
Can I also use the system for a previously purchased inflatable?
Absolutely! JB Inflatables has special mounting kits, with which you can place the IPS in your current inflatable.
What is the warranty period of Interactive Play system?
On our IPS sets we offer 1 year warranty and service maintenance. Should you have a problem, our in-house service department will, of course,solve it for you.
What is the maximum amount of spots that can be connected to the system?
The scoreboard can connect maximum 20 spots (with switchbox, 19 spots).
How are the spots connected to the scoreboard?
The spots are wirelessly connected to the scoreboard by a radio connection via WiFi 2.4 ghz.
How well known is IPS worldwide?
