Warranty and reparation
Faced a problem with an inflatable? No problem. We are here to rely on and make sure that your inflatable is up and ready to be rented out as soon as possible. We offer the best service in Europe. The employees of our in-house repair department are ready to help you solve problems with your inflatable.
However, it is important to mention that we do not perform repairs on bouncy castles that contain mold, sand, or water. This is because these factors can compromise the quality and safety of our staff and equipment.
Are there any terms and conditions bound to warranty reparations?
Consult your responsible account manager on the warranty of the product you have faced the problem with. Has the warranty period lapsed? Even then we will make sure to find the best solution to keep keeps running.

What is the best way to communicate the problem I have faced?
Message or e-mail us with description of the problem and pictures of the damage. We will consult our service team, and let you know what is the best solution.

My inflatable was not manufactured by JB. Can I still come to you for repair?
In the majority of cases, the repair is better to be conducted by the JB repair team. However, in case the damage is small and finds place NOT on the jumping surface or structural support components, the repair can be conducted by yourself. However, prior to conducting any repairs, contact your account manager about the problem, we, in turn, will advise you on the best way to tackle the problem and support you with materials for the repair.

Can I repair my inflatable myself?
