We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed and paid on working days before 5pm will be shipped the next working day.

Shipping to other EU countries?

Shipping to all EU countries is possible. For delivery outside EU countries, please send an e-mail to

[email protected]. Always mention in your e-mail the product, the delivery address and the date. You will receive an e-mail back with the quote if delivery is possible.

What is the delivery time for a product that is not in stock?

The product page will indicate when we will have the product back in stock. If the product is unexpectedly sold out, we will contact you immediately.

Minimum order value

There is no minimum order value.

How will my parcel or pallet be shipped?

Our parcels are shipped with DHL Parcel and pallets are shipped with DHL Freight.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

You are not at home at the first delivery moment? The delivery person will try to deliver your package at your neighbours, if you did not object to this during the ordering process. You will receive a note in your mailbox where the package was delivered. If nobody is home, you will receive a message in your mailbox with further information on how to receive your package.

What should I do if I have never received my parcel?
