Have you found something on our website you would like to order? Ordering and paying at JB-Inflatable B.V. is easy and safe. You can order without an account. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
Step 1: Choose and order a product
You can add your chosen product to the shopping cart by clicking on the 'order' button next to the product. When all products have been added to the shopping cart, click on the shopping cart. By clicking on the 'go to cart' button you get to the cart overview page. Are all the details correct? Then click on the button 'proceed to order'.
Then go through the three steps of the ordering process.
Step 2: Shipping and billing details
In the second step of the ordering process, you fill in your details and indicate the address where you want the order to be delivered. You can place an order for both private and business use.
For the invoice address, enter the details of the recipient of the invoice. At the bottom the box "Billing address is the same as delivery address" is automatically ticked. This means that your order will automatically be shipped to the billing address. If you want the order to be delivered to a different address, uncheck the box. You can now fill in the delivery address.
Then choose a payment method. You can choose between 'Direct payment' and 'Order with invoice'. In the latter case, you will receive the invoice by e-mail and the order will be finalised after payment.
Shipping options
Our parcels are shipped with DHL Parcel and pallets are shipped with DHL Freight.
Step 3: Checking the order
In the last step of the ordering process, we ask you to check all the details carefully. Did you order the right quantity and product? Is the billing and delivery address correct? Is everything correct? Then click on the pink button 'place order'. You will then be redirected to the payment page.
Step 4: Payment methods
You can pay with different payment options. We offer the following payment methods:
- Creditcard
- PayPal
Select your desired payment method. After placing the order you will be linked directly to the payment page for the payment methods Credit Card and PayPal.
Order and shipping confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation almost immediately. If you have chosen 'order with invoice' as your payment method, you will also receive an email from us to make the payment.
Changing or cancelling an order
Entered an incorrect address, ordered the wrong product or placed a double order? That can happen! Please contact us immediately at +442036958907. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can change or cancel it.
