What is the JB Airtrack product life time?
This of course depends on the use of the airtrack. But with normal use and good maintenance, the airtrack will last about 5 years.
Can I buy an airtrack in my own colors?
That is certainly possible. We can manufacture an airtrack in any color. Our in-house design and production department can produce an air trampoline in your colors within 4 weeks.
What is the warranty period of an airtrack?
We offer 2 years warranty and service maintenance on our JB airtracks. We are convinced that our airtracks (in normal use) will not break down within this period. However f you still happen to have a problem, our in-house service department will be happy to help you solve it.
How long does it take to inflate an airtrack?
An airtrack is fully inflated within 5 minutes, if using the supplied high pressure blower for the inflation.
How can I set up my airtrack?
JB Inflatables supplies an electric high pressure blower as standard. With this you can easily inflate and deflate the airtrack. It only takes a few minutes to set up and pack. The blower also allows adjustable air pressure.
Can I buy an air track in a different format?
Because we have an in-house production department, you can buy an air track from us in any desired format.
Why is my inflatable gym mat slowly deflating while outside?
Don't worry: your airtrack is not leaking. It's just a law of nature (warm air takes up more space than cold air).
How can I pack up my airgym/airtrack?
All JB Inflatables airtracks are easy to pack: deflate, fold up, roll up for storage and then secure with straps or store in a carrier bag. Not planning to use your Airtrack for longer time? Store it well in a dry place. Do not pack, store or transport the airtrack if it is damp or dirty.
Why doesn't the electric pump blow air out?
The electric pump can be used in 2 ways: to inflate and to deflate the airtrack. Attach the tubing to the other end of the pump, it will then blow out the air.
